The following sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for the services provided by the Hotel to the Guest. By staying at our Hotel, the Guest agrees to comply with and be bound by all terms outlined herein.

Reservation and Payment Policy

1.1 All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.

1.2 Cancellation Policy.

The Guest can cancel free of charge until 28 days before arrival. The Guest will be charged the total price at the time of reservation if they cancel within 28 days before arrival. If the Guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Cancellation exceptions

Grace period – no fees will be charged for bookings cancelled within 1hour of booking

Exclusions – Non refundable rates may apply on certain dates. This will be stated at the time of booking

Check in and check out

2.1 Check in

Check in is from 3pm. Guests are required to present valid photographic ID and the credit card used for the reservation. Early check in is subject to availability. Guests are required to provide an estimated time of arrival. Guests are welcome to drop luggage off from 11am if prearranged.

2.2 Check out

Check out time is 11am. Late check out requests must be arranged in advance and may be subject to additional charges. Unauthorized late check outs will incur charges equivalent to one night’s stay.

Room Use and Conduct

3.1 Room Occupancy

Guest Rooms are to be used only by the number of individuals specified in the reservation. It is the responsibility of the Guest to ensure any Z beds, travel cots and / or sofa bed has been requested and paid for in advance.  Failure to do so may result in the booking being void.

3.2 Conduct and Responsibilities

Guests must conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests. Damages to Hotel property caused by the Guest will result in charges to the Guest’s account. The Hotel operates a strict non smoking and vaping policy within all rooms and areas. Failure to comply will result in a charge of one nights stay.

Parking

Limited private parking is available, at a cost of £30 per night. Any parking space must be reserved and paid for in advance. The car park is directly behind the Hotel. Directions from the Hotel – turn left along Gayfield St, then immediately left into Gayfield St Lane.

Children and extra beds

Children of any age are welcome.

Guests must be 18 and over to make a reservation.

Travel cot is available on request, for rooms 1,2,3,5,7.

It is the responsibility of the Guest to ensure the ages of children are accurate at the time of booking.

All requests for travel cots and Z beds must be made at least 24 hours in advance of check in.

Exclusion and limitation of liability

We exclude any liability for the loss of any items or personal articles in the hotel.

Our wireless network is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express, or implied or statutory. We do not warrant that access to our wireless network will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free at all times or will meet your requirements. We are not responsible for the security, integrity, accuracy or completeness of any information that you transmit or receive while using our wireless network.
